Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a fast & effective way of getting the tension you feel from day to day out of the body so you can feel less aches, discomfort, and pain.
It involves a slow and enjoyable journey focusing on your body - from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.
You'll be gently guided to tense up different areas of your body (for example: your facial muscles, shoulders, fists) before releasing them and really enjoying the deep relaxation that follows. All you have to do is lay down somewhere comfortable, where you won't be disturbed, and listen to my instructions.

This sounds amazing - but I'm going to busy then! What shall I do?
All people who sign up for the session will receive an audio copy of the recording so even if you can't join live, still sign up and you'll receive the recording to listen to the session when you can. I use a professional microphone so the recording will be in High Quality.
I've never done anything like this before, how will I know if I'm doing the Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique right?
PMR was created to be simple and easy to follow so you needn't worry about doing it right - because you will!
Plus, at the beginning of the session, I will explain exactly how the technique works and how to get the most out of the session.
You say it's on Zoom, do I have to have my video/camera on?
No, you don't. You only need to join via Audio so you can hear me guide your through the session.
I will be on video at the start of the session to welcome everyone and to demonstrate the technique but most people choose to listen in without their video/camera turned on, and that's totally fine.
Does this type of session still work well, even if it's not in person?
I've been working online helping people for over 5 years - using Zoom and Skype to run all types of Sessions including: Life Coaching, Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, PMR and more! I even successfully hypnotised a guy in America who was sat in the seat of his car (he was safely parked). These types of session are as successful via Zoom as they are in person.
