How often do you say to yourself- Adult life is TOUGH?
I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing I could hop back in time and be a child for a little longer. Life was simple as a little person. School, dinner at your mate's house, football in the park- days full of fun and freedom.
Adult life is not so care-free, we have responsibilities, money to make and places to be.
With all these demands of being an adult, I friggin love when I discover a Tool that can claw me back some magical minutes each day and keep my stress levels at a healthy level.
Here are my 4 Favorite tools and apps I often us to save me time and stress.

If like me, you're an avid reader but struggle to find time to sit down and delve into a book- you need to check out Audible. It's an Amazon company allowing you to listen to audiobooks on the go. Whether you read to study or read to escape, Audible offers a super extensive collection of books. I listen to my books whilst traveling on the bus or out walking, so I manage to consume at least 2/3 hours of audiobooks each week simply by using the time I spend traveling to listen to Audible. You can sign up for free under a 30-day trial and get your first book included. If you love it and choose to stay on, Audible offers some good value membership options.
I've written about Egg timer before and it's worthy of a mention again. Egg timer allows you to set a timer in your internet browser. I use this to make sure I'm completing work within set time frames. Be strict on yourself and set periods of focused work for yourself to get your most important work done. You'll be surprised at the quality of work you produce when you're undistracted and working within a time frame. There's a real game-like element which I like too and you can even set up a reward system for yourself for when you complete your tasks in your battle against the clock.
Chances are you work with a computer. You send emails, use Social media and perhaps you write blogs too. Grammarly is going to be your new favorite tool! Grammarly checks your writing for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors in real time. Download it directly into your browser and whenever you're online, it's got your back and will highlight any mistakes you make. This tool will give you confidence and peace of mind in what you're writing, whether it's a Facebook status, a CV or an important email.

If you have meetings or appointments- I can't stress just how easy it once you have an online scheduling system. My Clients can click on my schedule and see precisely when I am available to speak. No messages back and forth suggesting possible days and times, this schedule saves me hours each year. The majority of my clients live in a different time zone but this isn't a problem. They simply the select the time zone they are in and when I receive an appointment notification I see what time we will speak both in their time zone and my local time. Simples. Timetrade is a paid service (I pay around $50 for the year) but there are many free scheduling alternatives available- https://acuityscheduling.com/ has a good reputation.
