• About me.

  • I'm not your average Coach/Therapist.

    Who wants average any way?

I believe positive change is always possible.

(I believe we're put on this planet to do more than suffer, pay bills and die. Did you know the odds of being born are 1 in 400 Trillion)?

No matter how helpless and hopeless my clients feel, I show them what's possible.

    I'm a highly sensitive Extrovert.

(I love being around people but need time alone daily to recharge, usually in the Forest).

    I was born in England.

(Where I stayed until I was 21 years old until I backpacked alone around New Zealand. I returned for a year and a half before moving to Germany where I've lived ever since. How come? I met the love of my life, Yvonne, towards the end of my New Zealand trip and moved to her home country of Germany to be with her).

I suffered from anxiety and low self-esteem for several years.

(though I wouldn't change anything, this was the start of my personal development journey and I wouldn't be doing the work I do today had I not struggled and overcome my own challenges).

    I love to write.

(Words are wonderful things. My words have featured in several places, including TinyBuddha and Elephant Journal. I also wrote & published my own book titled Becoming Unstuck in 2018).

I've worked with clients in over 40 Countries.

(In the last 4 years, I've worked with; Executives, Lawyers, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Writers, Teachers, Musicians, Artists, Nurses, Coaches, Single-mums, and Students, helping them to think better, feel better, and live better.

    I love my coffee.

Most people drink coffee to wake up, I wake up to drink coffee... and to change lives. Only after an espresso or two.

I've done a fair bit so far during my 28 trips around the Sun.

And I've done a fair bit because I believe Life is a gift to be opened, not a problem to be solved.

I know it doesn't always feel so.

I've woken up in the middle of the night, heart racing, sweating into my bedsheets because of night terrors, worrying about the future, feeling totally powerless and worthless.

I've lost people I've loved. I've struggled and sometimes do still struggle (question any Coach who seems perfect). I've also tasted some success. Felt freedom and fulfilment. I've gone from being a bully to myself to being a loving guide.

It's now my complete, absolute, utter privilege to do the work I do and have the skills and knowledge to help others around the world who are struggling, to be a part of someone's world, to listen and guide them through their deepest, darkest fears and issues, towards the life they dream of living, feeling how they wish to feel.

Simply put: to reconnect them to their Freedom.

For me, this is what Coaching and Rapid Transformational Therapy are all about... getting our Freedom back.
